A program’s requirements will be scored from 0 to 4 according to the following criteria:

| 1 | Requirement never functions correctly. |
| 2 | Requirement functions correctly occasionally. |
| 3 | Requirement functions correctly most of the time. |
| 4 | Requirement functions perfectly. |
