HW 13: Datatypes and Yet More Higher Order Functions

1. Do Webber exercises 9.21-9.25. I recommend doing the chapter 7 version of 9.25 before you attempt the chapter 9 version. If you still can't do the chapter 9 version, try a different approach to the chapter 7 version.

2. Read Webber Chapter 11 and do exercises 11.1-11.5.
